sunday- bbq london broil, cheese mashed potatoes, broccoli
monday- pork chops and peaches in a balsamic reduction, orzo with red peppers and zucchini
tuesday- turkey burgers, sweet potatoes, salad
wednesday- 4 month shots for little man, left over sausage and zuchinni sauce over polenta
thursday- chicken kebabs and herbed couscous (actually pastina because dh hates couscous)
friday- not sure yet, we may be heading to the beach for labor day weekend.
Re: what's cooking?
tonight is leftovers since i did lots of cooking this weekend- Saturday was an eye roast with mash and zucchini. Yesterday I made a pot of gravy and had raviolis and gnocchis.
tomorrow- grilled steaks, corn on the cob and broccoli rabe
wednesday- creamy garlic chicken over rice
thursday- probably pizza or sushi since DH has his football draft
Fri-Sun we hope to be at the shore

I tried to menu plan for two weeks since I am back to work next week.
Tonight: BLT Pizzas
Tomorrow: work party-making caramelized onion dip
Wednesday: Pork tacos with grilled pineapple salsa- cooking light
Thursday: Turkey sloppy joes with a batch of my Granny's chili sauce, corn on the cob, sweet potato fries
Friday & Saturday: not sure, we will be at the beach
Sunday: Grilled chicken fajitas, pomegranate margaritas, and tres leches cake
Monday: Cheeseburgers
Tuesday: Root Beer Pulled pork in the crockpot
Wednesday: Chicken Tenders with cous cous and a salad
Thursday: Leftovers
Here's what we have. Not sure what we're cooking on which day.
chicken tikka masala
thai chicken and zucchini with rice (trader joe's red curry sauce)
sausage sandwiches on the grill (with grilled onion/pepper and tomato sauce)
salad with goat cheese and red beets
chicken finger wraps
Last night-Pasta and meatballs
Tonight-Flounder that Martin caught when he went fishing
Tuesday-Grilled brown sugar porkchops
Wednesday-chicken not sure what
Thursday-Steak Fajitas or grilled steaks
I am the worst and have to succumb to both my whims and GD diet. It's getting trickier as I'm getting bigger and lazier.
There will be lots and lots of chicken and possibly some canned soup in my future.
Sunday- Pizza
Rest of the week- ?? I have the ingredients for some kind of chicken, beef stew and pasta alfredo. We also have some burgers in the freezer, so I'll just play it by ear and see what we feel like eating each night.
Update: I have decided that tonight I will be making salsa chicken, sides tbd as I cannot have rice.
One night this week I will be making a roaster chicken in the crockpot. This should yield some leftovers.
I also just remembered that I have ground beef in my freezer so I will probably make tacos as well.
