Recommend your: thermal mug

I desperately need a new one (mine works really well as a heat pack, but not so well keeping the contents inside hot).  I realize this is a little dumb, but I have heard that some are better than others (see previous sentence).  Also, I could probably just walk in and get one at Starbucks, but I want to order on Amazon because I have a couple things I want to buy and I want free shipping   So I might as well look at other brands.

i have a no-name brand, that's really good. the drink in there stays HOT for at least 1 hour, and hot enough for another hour or so..and warm and comfortable after that.....i seriously don't think it has any brand at all associated with it. i got it when ceramic to go mugs (that look like paper to-go mugs) first came out maybe 6 yrs ago....

maybe just another ceramic one would work nice? if it helps, it's glossy on the inside, and matte on the outside, haha.

i have one (not this brand) and i love it. it also keeps my tea super hot. it's double walled, so the outside is cold/lightly warm, and the inside is reeeeallly hot.

i want one of these in glass instead of plastic.

i don't know why but the idea of matte ceramic on the outside made me get goosebumps.. like nails on a chalkboard kinda.. lol.

hm, I was wondering if those kind were any good.  Mine is a plastic Starbucks one - obviously I don't recommend it, except that it keeps me warm standing at the bus stop!

http://www.gocontigo.com/autoseal-aria-stainless-steel-travel-mug.html  I have this (the version from QVC; the lid is a little different) and it sucks.  The mug part is great.  Keeps things hot, it's stainless steel so no sketchy chemicals.  But the top is impossible to clean and when you press the part that opens it so you can drink, it sprays out.  Doesn't leak though, haha.  Dumb.

I've tried using a bunch of different no-name ones (mostly due to my last job) but always go back to my Starbucks one. It keeps my coffee warm for at least 3 hours in the morning (as long as I keep the lid closed) and when closed doesn't spill at all. It is just one of the "make your own design" ones from like 6 years ago, but it is still my favorite.

I have a no name one from Target.  It's stainless steel.  I fill it up at 8:45 and it's still hot at 10:30 if I forget or get too busy to drink it.  I'm a teacher, can you tell?
