I know, I really thought I'd be the last person in the world to be self conscious of my body. I think I'm just depressed in general, though. I'm having a rough time and have no girlfriends. I'll be OK. I just--in fact--hated what I said in that above post so much, I just emailed a boudoir photographer for a price quote. Maybe I'll go for a bike ride now, tell myself I'm beautiful, and try not to eat the three brownies that are sitting on the counter.
Have you asked your hubby what he thinks of your body with a couple extra pounds on you? He may think you are sexier than ever now
You never know.
I'm glad you did that. I am a pretty big self-acceptance advocate. It's a hard battle, but I hope every day that women are able to succeed at it.
Side note, it also might help to google image some boudoir pics. You'll see ladies of all shapes and sizes, looking awesome.

Thanks ladies. I think women should be proud of their bodies, too, and I think the curvier the better. I often look at this beautiful woman (link below) and feel good about myself.
