I think this would be physiology.
When I eat hot/spicy food, I crave chocolate afterwards, no matter how full I am. The hotter/spicier the food is the stronger the chocolate craving is.
Does anyone know why this would be? Would it be an endorphin thing? Does anyone else have this happen? H thinks I'm weird.
I don't even know what I would begin to Google.

Re: Physiology (?) question
I wonder if the spicy food, which can cause a somewhat traumatic physical reaction, makes your brain crave the endorphins produced when you eat chocolate? In other words, the chocolate makes you, or your brain anyway, feel better after the trauma of eating super hot and spicy food.
That's my theory. I am by no means a biology expert though.

This happens whenever chocolate is consumed ;-)
Hmm, so my body/brain maybe self-soothing, I wonder if that's good or bad.
