it is in West Mesa (country club/southern)
It is a great floor plan (split) just under 1,000sq feet which is all in the rooms which is nice because it makes them spacious.
Water/sewer/trash is included and there are 2 pools (though one is currently being worked on)

My sister and BIL just put theirs up for rent with a rental agency and had someone in there with in a week. If you dont find someone on your own its worth exploring, I think its like $30 or so a month and they had to sign a one year contract with the agency.
The agency handles all the background checks and contact with the tenant.

i thought the fee was usually around 10% of the monthly rental income? who did they go through, do you know?
