Dh and I have been eating at home and packing lunches lately to eat a bit healthier and save a bit of money. I am having the hardest time coming up with things that are easy and portable for DH to eat for breakfast. He was eating a turnover pastries for breakfast.
Anyone have any ideas for me?
Also what do you eat for breakfast? I can make something more involved for myself since I can take the time to eat it.

I have a Greek yogurt parfait like kaesha explained often too. Love it. Lately I've also been making myself a fried egg sandwich in the mornings (sort of OD on that after having it for a week straight) using a bagel thin or a sandwich thin.
If Derek eats breakfast it's often a bagel w/ cream cheese, a bowl of cereal (he's enjoying Mini Wheats right now) or a couple of granola bars. He's not the best example.
I do keep meaning to try individual egg bakes, but never really feel like it on Sundays!
We'll just not tell H about this little fact, m'kay?
DH like the jimmy dean suase and biscuits that come 2 to a pack. I know its not very healthy, but he also likes the ones that have egg on them.
I normally have a special K bar. Sorry I am not much help.
I almost always have a bowl of cereal. I even take it to work and eat it at my desk. I just put the milk in a to-go cup. In the winter, I keep oatmeal at my desk and just heat up some water. sometimes I do bagels or we make muffins or turnovers to get through a week. I'm not teh best healthy breakfast person. I love carbs to get me going for the day.
DH makes himself a parfait in a cup and eats it while he drives. He'll also cut up apples and oranges sometimes.
I keep Jimmy Dean delight sandwiches at my office for when I'm in a pinch. I also keep turkey sausage links and trader joe's breakfast burritos.
DH usually has a peanuter butter sandwich, sometimes with jelly. I usually have a bagel thin with cream cheese, but sometimes I have a slice of toast with jam. We both take it to go and eat on the road or at work.
If I wake up early or have extra time, I will usually have a bowl of cereal with milk. I'm not one for having a big breakfast though.
During the school year I eat in my car on the way to work. I almost always have an english muffin w/either peanut butter or cream cheese and sometimes 1/2 a banana (if I feel hungrier or worked out in the am).
Sometimes I make an "oatmeal cookie" the night before [Mix 1/3 cup of rolled oats, uncooked, with a tablespoon(ish) of peanut butter, 1/2 banana mashed, splash of milk, and some chocolate chips/raisins/coconut/craisins/cinnamon (whatever I've got)...then spray plastic wrap w/cooking spray, put cookie mix on it, flatten and wrap up and refrigerate overnight (don't cook). It is a little gooey in the morning, but I just break pieces off on my drive.]

We're doing a very specific diet, so usually it's fruit for us lately.
