Amuse me & ask me anything
I'm so bored at work. My boss is moving his twin boys into their dorms so I am workless...
Re: Amuse me & ask me anything
Do you have names picked out for your little one yet???

Any ideas on the Nursery themes yet...
We've been working on it. Our top boy name is Tavin John and our top girl name is Vivian Jean.

I'd head out west (Hawaii, California, Las Vegas, Arizona). I haven't been past South/North Dakota so I'd really like to go.
Shmel's Blog
Not really. The baby's room is currently a fushia color so if it's a girl I won't change too much; if it's a boy it'll be a complete repaint. If we do have to change it, I'm leaning more towards a giraffe theme.

Honestly I can't yet say. The m/s has been rough so once I make it out of that I'll hopefully be able to enjoy pregnancy and look forward to being a mom!

Are you planning on finding out if it is a boy or a girl?
How many kids are you planning on having? How far apart in age do you want them to be?

Yes we will find out what we are having.
Two at most for the kids with a few years apart. We'll see how we handle this one first before officially deciding!

Welll....I have fabric to make some cloth diapers and fleece covers. Some bibs and burp "rags" for sure. I also want to make some crib guards similar to this:
I have a few other non-sewing projects I'd like to do as well
BTW Kiki, how are the burp rags that I sent holding up? I'm kind of curious because it's the first time I've used that kind of back side fabric.
Shmel's Blog
The burp rags are great! I got some from both you and Danielle (dls.1215) and both sets are as indispensable and as durable as my aden+anais ones! They all get washed every week (when he spits up, Milo SPITS UP lol), and I've only seen a small bit of fraying at the seam on a couple of them. I usually use the patterned side as the cloth and the fuzzy side as the padding for my shoulder, and the difference in textures helps me keep one side as the messy side. The back side fabric that holds up the best is the one with the raised dots.
