I am looking to relocate to Virginia Beach. This will be the first time the hubby and me will be out on our own. We have been living with his parents. We are looking for a one bedroom apartment in Virginia Beach and Norfolk. We try looking at reviews online and some seem good and others make it seem so bad for the same apartment. How did you find your apartment? Also can anyone recommend what are the must haves for first time apartment renters. Anyone with advice it would be greatly appreciated.
