alternative to a PNP?
C does not sleep well in the PNP when we are traveling. This weekend we are visiting my mom. The whole family is staying Saturday night and we are leaving the kids an extra night. There are times she has slept pretty well in the PNP but most of the time she cries out periodically in the night. Sometimes she stands up and needs consoling. At that point I always put her in bed. If she falls back to sleep she would wake up if I put her in the PNP. She doesn't do the best in bed with me either. At home she is a good sleeper so sleeping with Mom or Mom and Dad and maybe Graham just isn't her comfort zone. I am pondering making some kind of bed on the floor but think we need some kind of 'sides'. I don't think my mom has enough pillows as my sister and her family will be there as well. Any other ideas? If she sleep through the night I think this will be key to her having a successful sleepover at Grandma's. I will feel bad if my sister and my mom have to be up half the night with my kids!
