MS word gurus

i made some letterhead in indesign and then made the header and footer into images that i inserted into the header/footer area in word so the client can type letters in word with the letterhead look. the only problem is, word shrunk the artwork so it's smaller than what it's supposed to look. why did it do this? how can i fix?

Re: MS word gurus

  • Is it a JPEG? Can you not just click on it and drag the corners?

  • That was also my suggestion. You should be able to adjust the size of it.

  • nah, that doesn't work because the margins are the reasons it's auto squishing it. if i make the margins really wide then it works, but who wants to start a letter 1 cm from the edge of the page? i ended up giving it back to my mom to look at. it's for her client and i just feel like it's been too long since i've messed with word but she uses it a lot more.

    thanks anyway though!
