As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

PSA: Free Yoga Day - Labor Day
almost all of the local studios will be hosting free yoga classes on monday. http://www.freedayofyoga.com/index.php
just check the schedule and make sure to show up super early (like 20-30 minutes before class begins) to sign in and find a spot to set up. better for you to bring your own mat because they may not have enough clean mats for people to borrow throughout the day.
great way to try a new style, a new studio or a new teacher. most studios will have promotions for new students who attend the free day.
