I'm completely lost on my Master Bedroom.
We have a dark chocolate brown sleigh bed and bright white comforter. Behind the bed is going to be a dark slate blue accent wall with the rest of the walls a shade of white. I love this clean look, but I am lost on what to do with the curtains.
I feel like I should have a patterned curtain to give some personality to the room, however, I'm not sure what colors we should tie in.
Any ideas? I've never had to decorate a house before and I'm lost. We are leaning more towards a modernized traditional look.

I like these in the chocolate:

Or you could do solid brown with a texture:

Or you could DIY and use something like this fabric:

It all depends on what you want.

I have a Pinterest.
I was looking for items I could actually find and afford. Plus, I like hearing other people's opinions
Sorry. It's just my go-to for (ETA) ideas for practically everything these days.

Mary,
I REALLY like your suggestion for the bottom link. DH thinks it'll make the room look too dark. Thoughts?

I've been thinking about painting our room slate blue. Here are some pinterest pictures I've saved that may give you some ideas. It sounds like you definitley need a print in there somewhere. Blue and yellow? Blue and green?

I saved this shower curtain, because I thought it was the perfect color palette.

This isn't your colors, but it's a white comforter with pillows and a blanket to add color, pattern, texture.

The only print we have in the room right now are these grey, white, and slate blue decorative pillows that are going on the bed. They are a scroll-work print, should I do something to complement that?
These aren't the right blue but they're scrolly:

These are brown and white:

I really like these. DH thinks that we should see how the slate looks in our room before purchasing curtains.
I agree with him, you never really know exactly what color it will dry.

It might help too if you live in the room for a bit and collect pictures of what you want it to look like in the end, before you decide. Unless you need curtains for privacy like now.
I honestly wouldn't go with a dark curtain. I just think it will look too high contrast if you have white walls. That's just my preference though.
These are a little pricey, but I'd go with something like this as far as colors:
