Daycare Questions

Hello fellow Moms out there. I have a 2 & 1/2 year old girl and I want to put her in daycare that she will get more out of than sitting infront of the TV. My problem is that myself and my husband work retail, so we need something open until 7 at night. We live in West O, but both work in CB. (I know, I know.. the drive sucks)  Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions for a good daycare center or a "structured" in-home daycare?

 PS: I am so happy to have re-found the Nest/Bump!

No suggestions here since this was my problem (office i was going to work at stayed open til 7:00 two nights a week) and decided not to take the job I don't think centers are open that late and most in home daycare's won't be either unless you can find one that's 24 hours. I think my girlfriend goes to a 24 hour in home that she absolutely loves and so do her girls. They live in west O so if you want me to get her info i would be happy to. Good luck!

There is a center just south of Dodge on 114th (in a strip mall) that is open 24 hours. My friend works next door and she's been inside.  She said it's really nice and they have amazing security.  Her boss was going to send her kids there but grandma is watching them instead.  It's worth a look if the drive works for you

That would be great! I am trying to explore all my options. Her current sitter is really nice, and wonderful with little ones, but I just feel like she is getting left behind when it comes to getting to do all the extras that a center has, you know (coloring/painting/learning).. Thanks for the help.
