Do any of you have a blog that you use for your classroom? Or do you have classroom/teacher blogs that you follow?

I got the crazy idea to start a blog this year and I'm looking for some inspiration. I'm hoping to get the school psychologist on board too so we can take turns sharing info, hopefully to get parents more involved. The problem is that no one in my district is very technology friendly, so I don't have anything to compare with at this point. Google is a bit overwhelming!

I have a shutterfly classroom site. I post weekly newsletters, photos, reminders, send out emails.

Our before and after school program has one as well that is very involved and informative.

I do lots of blogging, I had one as a teacher, and I have one now for our regular lives.  I also had one for my classroom at one point (geared towards the kids) but I couldn't keep up with it.  I can totally help you with some stuff if you need help with set-up/layout etc, and give you the link to my blogs (my teacher one has links to lots of other great teacher blogs) if you email me.  I am almost never on the nest anymore, so send me an actual email  - ashjud (at) hotmail (dot) com.
