  • I've never been able to bring myself to spend money on purses or shoes.  My limit on shoes is usually $30 and pretty much the same for purses.

  • Purses are my weakness. A good quality purse is worth the money. They won't fall apart like cheaper ones.

    ITA with this.

I have a few cute purses from Target that always show wear & tear so quickly.

My favorite purse from Kohls is starting to look like craps. :(
  • I am one of those crazy Coach purse girls.  I think my last one was $400-500.  I am totally lusting after this one in black.  Sorry the site won't let me save a copy of pic to do a PIP.

  • I'm a cheap Target purse kind of girl. I wouldn't mind spending the money (or having someone else spend the money, lol) on a good quality purse but I've never found one that I couldn't live without. I guess I'm not big on purses. The one I'm using now would probably be considered fug but I like it.

  • I voted with the most I've spent on a purse in the past: $169. That was a big splurge for me though. Other than that one, though, my max has always been around $30 or so.

Here's the bag. It's Kelly Moore and sold as a photography bag. I bought it originally to use when traveling, so that I can carry my nice camera in my purse, and use the rest of the bag as a purse. I hated having to carry around 2 separate bags on trips before that. It came with a short and a long strap, which I love, plus I thought it was pretty cute. I'm carrying it today even, although without the camera.

  • Purses aren't my top shopping priority so around $50 is max. I tend to go with name brand purses like Nine West found at TJ Maxx.
  • 40 bucks. But my mom's gf has bought me a Coach purse for Christmas the last 2 years, so I still get to carry the nice, good quality purse. I just don't have to pay for it. Before that, I usually bought mine from NY&CO

  • I bought a nice Fossil one the last time around for 100 something because I realized that I was ripping up my purses too quickly and needed something more sturdy and leather. I'm really hard on my accessories.
  • I'm a purse (& Diaper Bag) snob. I think the more expensive ones hold up SO much longer.

  • I guess I'm not that hard on my purses? I don't know what's considered a good length of time for a purse to last. I can usually get at least a year out of a purse. And while I totally get that paying $300 on one that lasts forever would make sense, I wouldn't want the same purse forever.  I voted $76-100 because I could mmmmaybe spend that much if I made more, but I don't see myself ever paying more.

  • My last one was actually a diaper bag, it's $395.  I'd rather spend a bit more and have it last.  Plus, I love it :)  It's the Kate Spade Stevie Baby Bag.
