Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Crossed Fingers Worked!
So we put the offer on the house, and I asked for your crossed fingers... well THEY WORKED! They accepted our offer! (On our 1 yr anniversary ;-) ) The last week has been spent at the bank, with the realtors and the attorneys, and the house inspector. -- All has passed, and we are on our way to Closing on Sept 30th! Thanks for the vibes, crossed fingers and well wishes. I'll keep u posted as things continue to progress. :-)
