As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Good Luck Vibes, PLEASE
So, you may have seen my post in a few threads that I'm competing tomorrow in a karate tournament. I'm competing in 3 different events - form, weapons, & sparring. I've competed before, but not since I was like 11. Needless to say it's a little different! The competition is on home turf, and people are coming from all over the US & Canada to compete! So obviously my Sensei wants us to do our best! I would love first place, but I'm just hoping to place in all my events!
So, a few good luck vibes would be much appreciated. And hopefully I won't be too sore to run 10 miles the next morning
