Anyone that is a realtor or deals with rentals in the Greenville Area?
Hello,
My husband and I will be visiting Greenville in December to check out some areas that we are interested in living in. I have owned my own home here in R.I. for over 13 years and am thinking of renting when we make our move to SC. I have several reasons for wanting to rent although I plan on buying about a year after we move and are positive that we made the right choice.
If anyone can help with questions regarding renting a nice single family home (preferably in the Simpsonville area) I would really appreciate it. I am looking for a 3-4 bedroom home and trying to stay between $1200-$1600 per month. TIA!
Re: Anyone that is a realtor or deals with rentals in the Greenville Area?
Friends of mine own a property management company, I don't know what inventory they have at the moment but I know they have a couple leased in our neighborhood, which is in the Five Forks area of Simpsonville and pulls to the new elementary school, it's a new community with houses still being built.
I can email you their info, I'm at work otherwise I'd post mine for you to email me.
Thanks to both of you ladies. Any info would be great. I am really leaning towards the five forks area. I really want to buy, but it would not be smart now. I would like to make sure we like it there as well as secure employment. Thanks for your help.
