Being sickie at home

I couldn't take it anymore. I had to leave work for the day. I got tired of trying to talk, answer my phone, and dealing with not-so-bright peeps today.  The nasal congestion, sneezing, and running nose is back in addition to the really sore throat and cough. DH keeps telling me to call Kaiser and get in to see a dr., but I know I can't take anything so what's the point, right?  I just need to ride this out.

Now I'm at home dealing with ansy puppers with a bladder control problem.  He's on steroids for the next week.

Oh you poor thing.  May I suggest that you reconsider going to the doc.  During both my pg's I ended up with sinus infections and I was given antibiotics that were ok for preggers.  My point is that if you go, you have get some relief.  Hope you feel better very soon!  XOXOXO

I can take antibiotics?? I didn't know that. I must have miss that part in my pregnancy books. I will call Kaiser now.

There are certain meds that are ok to take.  I'm not saying that you may be that sick and/or need meds, but it's worth getting checked out.

Also ask what over-the-counter stuff is ok.  I remember claritin and tylenol, but please please please double check before you take anything.  XOXOXO

Ugh, there's nothing worse than being sick while your pregnant. Hope you feel better soon!

Please call the Dr. just to make sure you don't have any kind of infection.
