Since you said snacks, I'm not sure if these are what you have in mind, but they're both delicious crowd-pleasers.

buffalo crack dip (serve with tortillas and crackers)
mini pepperoni rolls (made with crescent rolls)
mini pigs in a blanket
spiced pumpkin dip for fall
chili dip
stuffed mushrooms
shrimp cocktail
cheese, crackers, fruit and nuts
mini quiches
mini twice baked potatoes ( I use the mini red potatos)

This always gets gobbled up
Mix together 12 oz cream cheese, 2 Tablespoon worchertershire, 1 small diced onion. Spread on the bottom of a plate. Top with 1/2 bottle cocktail sauce then a can of crabmeat (drained well). Sprinkle with some parsley to finish.
