Labor day party
If you are looking for a really good dish to serve at a labor day cookout I have one for you! It's a bread salad. Think pasta salad but with bread. I had it at a 4th of July party and it is so yummy! I made some tonight to take to my IL's tomorrow. I got French baugette and wheat Italian bread, cucumber, fresh basil, tomato, red onion and I am making to separate batches, one with balsamic vinegarette and one with sun dried tomato vinegarette (you can also use oil and vinegar). I have all the veggies marinating in the good stuff and before I leave I will toss the bread in. The bread soaks up the juices and it's so refreshing!?
