*TeacherTiff* Mat Clothes

Hey lady.  I don't know if you've checked out Target yet but I noticed today in Target that some of the Liz Lange stuff was super cute (and comes in XXL).   Just thought I'd share.

Re: *TeacherTiff* Mat Clothes

  • Thanks! The Target closest to me doesn't have much, but I have plans this week to check another Kohls in a different town so I'll check there too. Appreciate you thinking about me! :)
  • Yea, I second the idea of looking at a good Target. I have a good bit of my maternity (especially shirts and yoga pants) from Target, and are XXL.

On the other hand, our Kohl's was a total waste of time. About 1 rack (2 sides) of mat. clothes, that weren't practical at all, and basically the same thing.

    Good luck!

  • I never had any luck with the Target stuff... even the XXL was snug on me!  I must be in the minority with having an awesome maternity section at Kohls!
  • If ya'll shop at Kohl's frequently, be sure to sign up for their credit card. I never get store credit cards, but they send me coupons in the mail on a weekly basis.  We never walk out of there paying full price on something.  And the coupons work on sale and clearance items.  DH just bought two 45 dollar shirts for 9 dollars this week.  We are addicted to this store.

  • Our local Targets had very little, but I got a ton from Target online.  If you buy online and it doesn't fit, you can return to the store.

Also Burlington Coat Factory had some cute, cheap maternity clothes.  I don't expect them to last through multiple pregnancies, but for summer tops they were great.

Old Navy online was my other go to.  Again our local stores had zero, but I found a lot online and their sizes tended to run bigger than a lot of the other maternity clothes that I bought/tried on - especially for pants.

Don't forget Craig's List and consignment shops.
