Re: ****Jetur20****
You are welcome! I knew you would pass because what you are doing (med school in your non-native language) is incredibly hard, and anyone who has the smarts and dedication for that AND puts all that work into studying for a test definitely has what it takes!
As for the wedding, yes, I am incredibly excited! Things are moving along and Italian bureaucrats are getting their stuff together - at a glacial pace, but still - so there is not much to worry about anymore!
At this point I'm most concerned about my family traveling in Italy before I arrive. It will be my brother and his wife's first time traveling overseas, and they are doing it with a crap ton of luggage, no Italian and their disabled 6 year old daughter. So I just hope it's not too overwhelming for them. When I arrive in Bologna and we are reunited I think the worst will be behind all of us and we can just relax and enjoy!
Oh, and my 68 year old dad and his 11 year old daughter (my half sister). It's going to be their first time in Europe, so that will also be interesting. I hope it all goes well for them, too.
Also, I'm going to PM you - I have an American friend who just moved to Stockholm who needs some PFTs as well!
aw, thanks :-)
wow, that sounds stressful for your brother's family! But hopefully they'll have a great time. Same for your dad and his daughter...I had a bunch of people fly over for our wedding who had never really traveled before. But as far as I know they all had a good time!
YGPM back.
I hope we have the same experience...
PM back at ya.
