Fall must-haves?

Hubby and I are spending Labor Day cleaning out closets, and making bags of clothes to give to goodwill.  Sooooo now I have room in my closet for more clothes!

I love that all the fall stuff is starting to come out - fall fashion is the best!  I'm putting together a "shopping list" so I don't overbuy.  What are your fall-must-have's on your shopping list???

A pair of skinny jeans to tuck into boots, a sweater dress that can be paired with a pair of leggings and flats, jeans and boots or alone, bright scarves to add dimension, a long sleeve lace top that can be worn over tanks and under tees and short sleeved sweaters and tops to create layers...

I love shopping...there's a reason I work part-time at Maurices now.

I LOVE having a variety of scarves to wear.. of course that is more January fashion here in FL because its usually still warm here until December and it looks like this year its probably going to stay warmer even later which sucks. I am hoping the weather is more fall like when I get out of the hospital so I can get in the mood for pumpkin spice lattes, pumpkin pies and pumpkin patches

I pretty much have everything now!  I really only needed a pair of black boots for my skinny jeans and I got them at Famous Footwear - I think the BOGO1/2 is good until the middle of the month so I can go back with my reciept and get another pair at 1/2 off.  I'm sure I"ll find something!

I really want to get a short sleeved sweater and some new scarves (thanks for the reminder, Jeni), and I HAVE to have some new Ugg boots this fall! I'm going to wait and see what my birthday brings, and my raise in November (hopefully), then kind of go hog wild on it! : ) I am loving skinny jeans now, too, so I think I might jump on Old Navy's site and get a couple more like the ones I have. Yay...I'm becoming obsessed with fashion lately!

I just picked out a couple tops with ruffles in a nice dusty rose and a nice eggplant color (gifts from DH) other then that I was feeling uninspired when I was out shopping this weekend. I mean I love sweaters but they were so expensive!

Old Navy had lightweight cable sweaters for $15.50, I bought a deep purple one and a white one. I'm wearing the purple one today!

We spent labor day doing the same thing!!!  

I agree that fall fashion is so much fun!  I love boots and scarves in the fall!  Oh, I also love light weight colorful sweaters that can go under jackets! I bought a light leather jacket last year, and I love it!

Unfortunately fall in San Diego is usually hot and dry (desert air comes in), so I'll likely have to wait until November before I pull that stuff out.

Some new flats (including colorful or patterned ones)

New jeans

Some tunic-type shirts or sweater dresses, to wear with my leggings and boots

I have too many sweaters...I need to resist!!!!!! (But I prob won't haha)

And I love scarves too!!
