Cruise Recommendations

Yeah, I know I asked this once before, but I forgot what you all told me and I'm too lazy to go back looking for it.

Tell me what cruise lines/ships you've taken that you liked.  We are pretty 'fun' people but a little too old to enjoy spring break like debauchery, if that helps.

We've only gone on one cruise on the Celebrity Millennium, to Alaska. We loved it! Celebrity definitely caters to a more mature, classy crowd I think (especially sailing to Alaska... I think Caribbean cruises might involve a little more debauchery). There weren't very many kids on the ship, there was a big spa pool as opposed to a water slide, and entertainment included jazz bands, barbershop quartets and the like. We loved it but we're totally old school.
