Re: Bye bye Garrard
WTF? That is why you can't rely on the Not For Long. Wow! DH and I thought that it was weird that they drafter Blaine, but had him 3rd string last week. The person that they had in there after Garrard I had never even heard about.
Trevor already has a throw back jersey.
DH left work or decided to take a break to listen to it on the local sports station.
They plan on starting Luke McCown. Why waist a draft pick on a QB if you aren't going to use him? I didn't see him last week, but it looks like he is average at best based on his history.
I have no fuuking clue what they are doing. I understand not starting Garrard and even kind of understand cutting him, but WTF are they starting McCown (who the fuuk is that??)?
Garrard has been mediocre at best for three plus seasons. If they knew they wanted to shake up the QB, why didn't they use the draft pick on a heavy hitter? We cut one of our two franchise players and now have three NOBODY QBs on the roster.
Football aside, I'm very very sad to see Garrard go. He's a good man.
