Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

We sold our house, again!
I posted a couple of months ago about our awful experience the day of closing on our old home and new. The couple decided to get divorced, they pulled the wifes credit score and it dropped so the sale fell through 45 minutes before closing. Worst.day.ever. We were lucky to be able to move into our new home and rent for a bit until we could close.
Dave Maloy relisted our old house and sold it in a month! woohoo! So the first time it "sold" in a day, and this time a month. Pretty awesome if you ask me! I believe we had 10-15 showings on the house in that month.
I'm so relieved that we are getting rid of it and that everything worked out. Dave has been so awesome to work with. He has gone above and beyond for us, and we will never work with another realtor other than him. Just wanted to share the good news, that we will only own ONE house finally! :-)
