Whine Wednesday
My whine is that I just got out of work. This year is going to suck big time - I'm so busy and I haven't even had my students in class yet! Sorry for the late post.

I'm wait late and should be thankful b/c it's Thursday now... but I have to whine. I am a zombie running on 4 1/2 hours of sleep right now.
I will be at work til 330 then off to clinical until 11. Is this semester over yet?
On a thankful note.... I only have 2 more clinicals after tonight.

Im with Monica, I do have things to be thankful for and will get to them later, but for now. Im flippin exausted. Damn near fell asleep in class last night but couldnt sleep when I got home. Now Im falling asleep at work and have internship til 10 tonight.
And my class whine...we have a project due in Nov where we need to have a 20 min interaction with one of the clients our internship (Im a social work major) and record what was said and how we felt and how we should have responded or should have said and what we would do in our next session. Ok cool. I work in a group setting. I was told when I first met with my internship advisor from school that the first yr is more group and the 2nd yr is required one on one. So if Im in a group setting and running differnt group meetings. How do I have a 20 min one on one session for your assignment? Im sorry but Ive never worked in this field (neither has half my class) and 3 months in your asking us to jump into a one on one session? Just doesnt sound right, and in my internship...isnt possible. Sorry.
