has anyone ever used one of these? Or a go wear fit?
If you don't know, it's one of those armband things that measure the calories you burn.
I just bought a used one from my friend who was done with it. I'm excited to see what the day brings. I can't wait to see what I burn just doing every day things. I'm positive that this will help me know what to eat to lose.
I think I have a new goal..150 by the time i turn 30....I want to lose it the 'right' way and keep it off. Slow and stead, right!?
