    Sporadic?

I vacumn all the time. But I don't mop as often as I should. Or dust. But then I'll do something random- like yesterday I scrubbed the front door. It had fingermarks on it.

We desperately need to declutter- like clean out the pantry to make room for bottles/other baby stuff....but I'm having a hard time getting motivated to do it. I need to make a list of stuff that needs to get done before Maddie gets here and tackle a project or two a weekend. Its just hard when its something I need help with, cause Bry just isn't around much these days. Ugh.

This is me. I vacuum everyday bc of the dog but I need to mop more and stuff like that. I'll wet swifter on weekends but I should really get in my hands and knees and scrub.

  • I try. That's about all I can really say.
  • Constant.  We always try to clean things up as we go.  For example, wash dishes right after we use them, clean toys up before we go somewhere or while Weston is napping, etc... It makes me feel better not to have a mess and makes it easier on weekends when I do extra cleaning (dust, mop, etc).

  • I like MB's answer of ecletic. Stick out tongue

I try to vacuum everyday because of the cat and try to clean up after myself as best as possible... But it gets tricky with a 4 month old.

I try to give myself an hour on the weekend when Dan's home to get as much done as possible.  An hour is good for me... I can get obsessive as I want and still feel like I did something.

My problem is when I clean... I really clean, like get on the floor, hands and knees kind of clean.  So that way it lasts for awhile and I won't feel too guilty in the time between clean ups.

  • I used to vacuum every day, but now Ellie is deathly afraid of the vacuum so I can only do it when Guy is available to occupy her/take her out of the house.
  • I'd say my cleaning style is mixed- my kitchen is always spotless and sterile, whereas the rest of the house is sort of cluttered and less kept.

I could never vacuum every day because we have to move furniture/ take the dog out to do it since our place is so small, and that means I only do it on weekend.  But I scrub my kitchen constantly (I guess because I cook all the time and I want to be healthy with what we eat?).  I've flat out given up on our bathroom because you can't scrub painted plywood.  Angry

  • as needed.  We're terrible about staying on top of things.  Some areas we clean as we go, like the kitchen.  The kitchen is always pretty clean because we clean up good after every time I cook.  We have to vacuum a couple times a week because of the dogs.  Otherwise, it's kind of a "oh, the sink is kinda yucky, time to clean the bathroom" or "wait, let me dust real quick before you vacuum" here lately.  Our house isn't dirty or gross by any means, but we've been pretty busy lately that I feel like we've kind of only been doing the bare minimum.

  • Sparatic and usually only when necessary. I invite people over a lot, mostly just so I'll have the motivation to clean.

Baby, you've got the sort of eyes that tell me tales...

Either of you ... any time you want to vacuum, you are more than welcome!

  • Neurotic. I do have a little OCD. If I have a centerpiece and it's slightly off center, I sit there and play with it until it's perfect. I line up my remote controls, I over organize, etc. But I'm getting better now that Wyatt is here. Not as much time to be picky.
  • I am random- I go on trips where I scrub the hell out of the bathroom down to the grout however, the living room is a mess. My husband is currently making tomato wine and beer so I have given up on his messes. I swear if he tells me one more time the house is a mess I might kill him :)
