I need some house good vibes and prayers
My lender preapproved my shortsale and now we're working on things with my buyer. My buyer came back today with things they want to change, which pisses me off because we've been at a standstill for so long, they could've spoken up before now. Right now the close date is set for Sept 27th. If we close then I won't have to deal with any foreclosure nonsense, which the lender has been threatening me with. Even though I've been going though the short sale process, the lenders foreclosure and short sale departments don't interact at all so I've been getting calls from them. It's been crazy, but send good vibes and prayers that it's over soon!

In their defense, they probably didn't think it would go through, so why bother nitpicking details on the contract?
You're hugely lucky to be forgiven the debt and have somewhat of a fresh start. I hope it works out in time.
