I just joined again...I was doing it before coming here, but fell off the wagon. I know I am going to have difficult finding some foods on the tracker. I was hoping someone else overseas was doing the program. I would rather go to meetings, but they aren't in English over here and my Spanish isn't that good.
Re: NE1 doing WW on-line?
I just joined the Spanish version ("en tu linea") after great success with WW online in the states. Remember that even if you can't find the foods on the tracker you can easily put the nutrition information in to get the values. The crappy thing will be the portion size translations.
Good luck!
I did it for two years before getting pregnant but they have a UK site so it was okay. I just had to get used to measuring my food by grams instead of cups!
Good luck! It really does work. I'm going to go back on next year, it's such an easy system to follow.
