Chicagoland photographers
Anyone recommend a great photographer in the Chicagoland area (preferably SW suburbs)? We're looking for someone to take our family pictures. Someone who is more contemporary/modern and shoots "in the moment", not "posed".

Also, you could keep an eye on Groupon Now. They have had a lot of photography deals on there but I'm not sure on the quality of these photographers.
We used Artisan Events for our wedding and they are fabulous. They're in Lakeview but will travel.
Dennis Lee and Dory Touhey are other great options, as is Lions Roar Media (who will probably be the most economical as well).
They are all photojournalistic but will probably advise doing a few posed shots.

Ashlie Ostergren! She is from Northwest Indiana (only about 50 mins outside of downtown Chicago) but travels to the southwest suburbs frequently. Here is her website, she's GREAT!
