Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Does anyone use them? I'm trying to talk DH into switching from Comcast to Verizon but he is very biased towards them. The thing is though, we are not happy with Comcast for dropping some of our channels and then trying to get us to pay them more to get them back with a higher package. If we did the DirectTv and Verizon internet package, it would cut our bill in half. So, if you use Verizon, please let me know what you think of them!!

We have Verizon for internet and TV and we like it soooo much better than Comcast! I haven't had any issues with them. I called one time because a channel wasn't working that was part of our package and they were really nice about it. Even sent me an email and text when the issue was resolved. It definitely takes a little bit to get used to their menu format and stuff but we are so glad that we went with Verizon. Plus, it's cheaper than Comcast!

my parents have the whole verizon shebang...cable, internet, phone and cell phones...and they love it!! the internet is superfast, and any time my mom has called to ask a question, or for one of the very few times she had an issue, they were quick to give her a clear answer or fix the problem....and twice they gave her free hbo for 3 months, just for calling
we've got comcast right now, but as soon as verizon fios hits our area, we're switching
