Sellers Visting

I'm not sure if this is the place to post this or not.

 We have a unique and great relationship with our sellers. They are friends of DH's family and have been out to our house a few times since we've moved in. The husband has been inside the house and has commented about the painting that we've done (good comments, like he likes it!).

 I'm just so nervous, I want to have them out to the house for dinner, because our situation is so unique, but I feel bad, because of all the painting/changes that we've made. She left curtains and wall hangings and did say if we didn't like them to toss them, but we've replaced most of them and I just feel bad that some of them were brand-new.

 I know that its okay-- its our home now, and they are doing the same thing at their new house, but they lived in our home for 20 years and just feel like they would be disapointed with the things that we've changed.

 Ugh. I need some magic words to make me feel better about this!

I can understand how you're feeling but you just need to not worry about it. You made these choices because it's what you liked, who's to say they won't? Also, it's your home now, they'd be silly to expect you to keep it the way they had it.
