Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I don't know if you saw the news today, but FHA is decreasing it's lending limits starting Oct 1. I have no idea if you were planning on getting an FHA loan or not for your new house, but if you were, you may want to look into this. The max used to be 417k and now it's 379k which is a huge drop. So hopefully you are either under this price range, or looking at a conventional loan, or you lock something prior to 10/1 and don't have to worry about it.
