Help me with the name/slogan for my salon!!!
Not sure if this is the right board to post this but I'm sure I will get some wonderful ideas back 
I've been a hair stylist for 6 years now and I'm starting my own business in my basement. I want to come up with a unique name and slogan for it. I live in a rural area and most of my clientele will be just your average, American family. Here's what I've come up with so far.
Zimmer Salon (Zimmer is German for room. I thought it was kinda cute since it's just a room in my basement)
Slogans I've come up with:
The Creation of Beauty is Art
Be High Matanience
Where Looking Good Feels Good
Where Style is Created
Beauty You Can See and Feel
Enhance Your Natural Beauty

My family & I own 4 hair salons.
I'm not a fan of the name, I find it to be kind of confusing...and would need explaining. Why does your salon need a name? Are you going to advertise heavily, and market yourself like a business? Why not [your name] studio salon. It gets your name out there, and people wont be confused by Zimmer..which would be kind of cute if your name was Kim.. Kimmer the Zimmer!
Also, have you checked into business licenses and state board licensing? It varies by state, but I know in my state your business has to be completely separate from your home, separate entry, separate hvac system. I would double check the regulations, I would hate for you to open your business and have it be shut down.

I kind of like the sound of Zimmer Salon. But if you use that, definitely choose the Where style happens slogan, because it just works. I mean if you're using "the room" salon, it is obviously in that room where style happens
But I 2nd the idea of incorporating your name. Such as "Zimmer Salon by Michelle, Where style happens"
Oh, if you do choose to use the word maintenance in your business slogan, make sure you spell it right.

Name: cut it out!
Slogan: a cut Above the rest!
