Ah I remember when they had the "nesticles". I don't know if everyone can get gold status but the nesticles were hard to get. If you had say 5 nesticles and was away for 1 week, you could lose it! Only a set number of people could get those. If I remember correctly, you had to be in the top 500 poster to get 1 nesticle. Poster #501 had nothing. It was crazy. People posting like crazy on slow boards to move up the ladder.

Oh yeah, I miss my nestcicles.  I did some serious posting in those days.  I suppose I should be happy they reset the boards so I no longer need to be uber-embarrased by my post count.
