Have you ever thrown a pet a birthday party?

 

I wouldn't say a birthday party, but every year for Puggie's birthday we get her a doggie cake, sing to her and take her to Rita's and we get her a present or two.

No, we made a big deal of Sadie's first birthday ourselves, but just a couple new toys and some doggy ice cream.

Not a party, but we get Gordon and his brother Gus together every year for a meatloaf cake with cottage cheese frosting. They LOVE it!

We haven't thrown one, but we took Loki to one that friends of ours threw for their dog. It was actually pretty cute. A bunch of us brought our dogs over. There was a puppy friendly cake for the dogs and burgers/brats for the people.

We used to buy frosty paws for our dogs on their birthday.  Years ago.

We made a special tuna plate, in the shape of a cat's face, with carrot whiskers when my cat turned one.

I was 8 and my sister was 6. 

I can't believe I remember that.

We don't throw a party but we get them a present and sing happy birthday :P

Two of our dogs had 5 puppies and it was a huge event in our family. My parents kept one of the puppies and I kept 2 of the other ones. For their first birthday, we made cupcakes and sang to them. Ever since then, we still sing to them but since I do not live back in TN they do not get cupcakes. I would make them if I lived in town.
