Fall Harvest Dinner - date night idea
Hello, another shameless promotion for my work. We are having this dinner on Friday Sept 23. Tickets are $40 each and includes a membership to my work. PM if you want more details.

Appetizer: Marinated tomatoes stream in grilled kernel corn with chevre and ciabatta bread
Salad: Cucumber chips with herb cheese
Entr?e: Your choice of
*Pork apple cherry roulade with a cabernet sauce
*Grilled trout with lemon capper sauce
*Wild mushroom terrine with beurre blanc sauce
Served with a baked squash turnover and mashed potato dumplings with a saffron dew.
Dessert: Grilled peach with a chocolate cup filled with hazelnut cream
Select menu items will be paired with wine from Cascade Winery.
