Slated for surgery

All in all it was a fantastic appointment.  As awesome as one of those can be.

He doesn't think I have PCOS which is what I was diagnosed with.  I could go over all the details of my infertility but really, who wants to know all that?  It's depressing.  I just cried the whole way home because for once, I just want something to be easy.  It's hard for me to even picture myself with kids anymore and I think maybe that isn't the plan for my life.  Maybe I'm just supposed to love my students with all I have (which I do).

I know there are a million other things in the world that people have going on and in the grand scheme of things, this is small but it doesn't make it easy.

All of that to say, we started back at square 1 today.  Bloodwork was taken.  Sonogram on Tuesday.  We will discuss surgery after that depending on what he finds.  I'm not thrilled but I knew it would come to this and it probably should have started with it honestly.

So, here we go.....
