Has anyone heard of and/or experienced this technique/treatment?
My SIL works at a clinic that has all sorts of doctors, both western and alternative, and a new practitioner does Body Talk. SIL (and other SIL) went last week and said it was really interesting! Essentially, Body Talk is like counselling for your body. We were all born with this perfect "program" of how our body works and does things. Over time, these "programs" get "glitches" due to environmental impact (emotional, physical, nature, etc.) and create kind of alternative programs to compensate. Body Talk re-engages those perfect programs again to get things back in order.
I've had all sorts of medical troubles since I was young (about 13) and they just keep increasing in severity and intensity. I'm really curious and excited to check this out and wondered if any of you lovelies had experienced it!
Re: Body Talk
Are you referring to biofeedback therapy? I'm familiar with several mind-body techniques as I'm a medical social worker and highly recommend them. I don't think it's 100% the answer to anyone's problems but can definitely work on reducing stress/ anxiety/ depression/ etc that accumulates in the body.

Are two that come to mind right now-- there are definitely others as well.
