  • I'm down .4 from last week which puts me exactly where I was before I started all of this travel a month ago. I'm very happy with that. Now I can focus on losing again as opposed to maintaining. I've got another 5-10 that I want to lose. I'm also planning to start working out again once I recover from ripping up the lawn this past weekend. I can barely walk. Clearly I'm out of shape.

  • I'm officiallty out of my work out rut and I have a friend that joined my gym so we can partner up, makes things so much easier!
  • I weighed yesterday and I was down 3 pounds. Some of my clothes are fitting so much better and we're eating much better. We've been making the effort to not eat things out of boxes and I really do feel better.
  • Weighed two pounds less, but really a pound down from last weeks gain.

  • I'm down 1.5 pounds. I'm less than 5 pounds from my goal, but I really want to lose 5 more below my goal.

  • I haven't weighed since last week during my crazy PMS but I'm sure I'm down some just from bloat. I'm trying to get back in the work out groove but it's hard. Now that I have an earlier schedule I just want to enjoy being at home after work. I think I'm going to try step aerobics after work today. I'm also eating much better, like Chinchilla we're trying to stay away from boxed food. I can tell a difference.

  • I missed last week's since I was working crazy hours, but we all know my numbers weren't good. My official count last Tuesday was up 4 pounds. This week I am down 1 from there. The gaining seems to be over (I hope) and I"m starting to move back down again. That was just so bizarre and it's seeming more likely that it was hormone related. I've had to a readjust a couple of my near-term goals, but it's all good. I also think I'm going to start calculating my total weight lost from my highest weight and not the weight on the day I started this diet, because if the BC is messing with me now, then it messed with my numbers shortly before I started this too.

    In non-number related news, I drank entirely too much last week (due to aforementioned crazy work schedule) so this week my plan is to cut back. Except for maybe Saturday. :)

  • My supply is in the total crapper and I'm trying to pump extra for our trip this week, so I've bulked up on calories temporarily, leading to holding at 2 lbs above my goal weight. It is what it is.
  • I haven't weighed myself in over a month, but I think I'm holding steady. I'd like to lose 5 lbs, but my GYN thinks that I may have a hormonal imbalance (which could make weightloss pretty difficult) so I'm waiting to hear back on the bloodwork before I start monitoring everything again. I was getting really frustrated and it just wasn't worth it. I'm training for a half marathon right now and full marathoin training as well as training for a 200 mile relay starts at the end of October, so I'm really hoping to have it all figured out by then.
