LOL at Farrah's mom saying the braces make her face stick out and how it can make her feel self conscious.
Who says things like that?
Re: Teen Mom 9/13
The eyelashes were killing me. They looked horrible.
They were driving me CRAZY. It's like they were shorter than her natural lash line so she just stuck them in the middle. lol. Farrah's mom was right, they did make her face stick out!
Typical Amber fashion lol
Maci needs to get a grip. She doesn't need to start pressuring Kyle to propose. The poor guy looked so uncomfortable. And I really don't think Ryan makes a habit of going out when he has Bentley.
I have to give Farrah some credit for going to family counseling instead of blowing up on her parents again. But her mom is way out of line by asking her to let Sophia stay with her while Farrah goes away to school.
I wonder is Tyler is starting to realize that there are plenty of fish in the sea.
What I want to know is why did Ryan have 2 carseats in his truck.
I was wondering that too. He's probably dating another teen mom or something.. LOL. But Bentley is just the cutest thing I've ever seen. Except when he's pitching a fit or you can't understand him b/c of that dang paci. But he is just precious.
I was sad that Ryan and Maci had that fight in front of Bentley. And that (it was probably editing) Ryan was cussing in front of him while driving off. I bet that was editing. But still..
I get why Maci is upset. She already thinks that Ryan is a bad father and let's his parents do most of the work with Bentley (which is definitely what they show, but it may be the editing). Ryan only has Bentley a few days a week, he can plan going out around those days so that he can be there. He may not go out all the time, but I have a feeling he does if Maci's friends are calling her to tell her he is out. Also, since his parents were like "Umm no, you're not going out, are you?" it also seems like it may be more than a once in a while thing.
ETA: He can definitely plan around his schedule with Bentley since he doesn't have a job or any other responsibilites (that we have seen from the show since he just quit his job or was fired)
I think Maci just needs to back-up on telling Ryan how to parent. If she's upset, she could easily go to court and request full custody so she has more days with Bentley rather than harping at Ryan (which all know is pointless since he doesn't listen and as a God-complex). I still think Ryan has feelings for Maci by the way he freaked out about having to pick up Bentley at Maci's parents house and quickly turned the blame to Kyle. Why does he care where he picks up B, as long as he sees his son? Hmmm...
I cannot stand the way Farrah attacks her parents. And the by the looks of next week's previews, she might actually leave Sophia behind to get settled in Florida. What little respect I did have for her will fly out the window if she does that. She's constantly saying how she can do this on her own and needs to get away from her parents and how she is Sophia's mother; leaving Sophia would completely invalid all her arguments for the last season.
Amber. Oh Amber. Learn how to put on lashes. And why did she make that poor little boy kiss Leah after she puked everywhere? I wanted to puke then! Not much to talk about since her and Gary are in no contact. Leah is turning out to be such a cutie. I can't wait until she talks more.
Tyler makes me nervous because he's all, "I made the commitment to Catelynn and I can't just go back on that." Dude, don't marry her and then decide you made a mistake. He obviously is thinking about a life without C sometimes and it's starting to show. My heart does earnestly hurt for Cate though. If Tyler hurts her, I really think she'd lose it. Having both her dad and mom pretty much abandon her makes me really fear how she'd handle that.
On speaking, Bentley is the oldest of the group (October baby). Leah follows closely behind (Nov) then Sophia (Feb) and Carly was last in May. Bentley's vocab is really good. I think Leah can talk, but it doesn't appear anyone talks to her directly all that much. Sophia is starting to speak more, but the other two had a few months' head start on her.
67/200
Between her eyebrows and her fingernails, I can barely look at her.
I think Amber has gained a lot of weight back. Her house is nice though but $250,000 income? MTV doesn't pay that much - I don't think!
Maci's hair looks icky but I'm not much into extensions. To me they always look bad.
Leah is so darn cute! She was so adorable kissing her cousin!
How do they make this kind of money and still live in nasty apartments with no sheets on the matress??
Amber is renting the house from a friend.
She had to state in court her income and I do believe she said it was $240k. It was definitely in the $200k range. MTV makes a shiit ton off the show. It's only fair/predictable that they pay a lot. Plus you have to factor in the TV and magazine interviews.
Farrah's hair gets uglier every episode.
They are all making so much money now that it's annoying to watch. Ex. Mac's, Droids, Blackberry's, 2 story houses, big 1 story houses, iPads, ski lessons, bed and breakfast stays, eating out a ton, etc etc. And, I wasn't one of the ones complaining about it before but come on...it's becoming more and more noticeable that these are no longer the parents who are struggling financially.
I wonder if Catelynn and Tyler were still working during this episode?
In the after show for Maci's hair is back to normal. Thank goodness! Now I'm wondering if she had it back to normal at the end of the episode where she went and spoke to Ryan, though.
Baby Goo
that is all
As much as Farrah is a bit of a dumb dumb, she's is very attentive to Sophia and is really the teen mom who is with her child the most. I don't think it's fair to say she can't care for Sophia alone. She doesn't have friend or date, she just has Sophia and focuses on her 100%.
I think her whole point of moving is that she knows she depends on her parents and she doesn't want to. I think she wants to know what the "real world" is and get away from her parents that she can't stand.
I don't judge her at all for moving (although I certainly judge her for plenty of other things). But I definitely side eye Debra for repeatedly insisting that Sophia and Farrah separate.
I know we are in the minority but I whole heartedly agree!
A few weeks ago US Weekly had a picture and small article on Farrah in which she was in FL with Sophia, as well as a boyfriend.
It's not just the show. It's the magazine covers, the stories, the TV appearances.
I thought the episode that showed Bentley's birthday showed her saying she does have full custody. Wasn't that why she was saying 'I have custody, I can basically do whatever I want. If I want to take him trick or treating even though it's your night, I can.'
