Re: pain when penetration

  • Are you chaffed perhaps?  Does it hurt at the orifice or deeper into your vagina?  I have had blood and pain, sure, that is natural.  If it continues and you are worried all you have to do is a see a doctor!

  • the pain is on the out side when he is going in. what did you do for this problem???

  • How long ago did you have your baby?  Did you have stitches?  When I had my son the first few times after were pretty interesting if you like feeling like there's grains of sand scratching the inside of your cooch with every thrust.  Maybe it's just because its been so recent since the baby that things are still healing and getting back to normal.

Chaffing can be a cause too, your body changes so much after you have a baby that dryness could be causing problems too.

  • Once in a while I have a similar problem. I came to find I have endometriosis. Do you get painful periods??
  • I agree with the others -- how soon after your child's birth has it been?

Sounds to me like he tore you a bit -- if the pain continues, see your doc for a checkup.

In the meanwhile, lots of lube (perhaps your hormones are still in flux after the baby and you're running a bit drier than usual) and lots of foreplay and go slow.:)
