Anyone been to the Melting Pot?
Today is our 3-year anniversary and we are heading to the Melting Pot for dinner tonight, the Town & Country location. Has anyone been to that particular location? Any inside tips or recommendations that I should know? Thanks!
Re: Anyone been to the Melting Pot?
We've been to the Delmar location twice (for our first and second wedding anniversaries). We didn't go last year because we were in Mexico, but we are going this year for our 4th anniversary. And we are going to the Town & Country location because we live closer to that one now. Please let me know how it is! And I will say that I LOVE the Melting Pot. Definitely go hungry. When they bring out the food it won't necessarily look like a lot, but it is. We can never finish it all!
Have fun!
UPDATE: We had an amazing time! The food, ambiance, and service made the night so enjoyable. My DH set up the "balloon package" with the restaurant prior to our dinner as a surprise. We were sat in a private booth with a privacy curtain, and we had a balloon bouquet tied to a box of chocolates waiting for us when we arrived. Additionally, the restaurant manager took our photo and gave it to us in a Melting Pot frame. What a nice touch!
On to the food... we ordered The Big Night Out, and it was so delicious. I am still full this morning, but it was well worth it. We were there over three hours, and we had such a blast in our private room just sipping bubbly and enjoying our anniversary between courses. If you go to the Town & Country location I highly recommend requesting the private booth!
