I should be thankful that I still have a job (see post below) and not complain about it (though i have a really hard time not doing that).
As per the norm, thankful for my wonderful Ziggy and my family and friends (and you awesome ladies)!!!
Also thankful that I will be taking a vacation with my mom and sister (and maybe Ziggy and my sister's husband if they can get off work) up to Cape Cod to visit with our family in the end of September...I haven't been there in years and I haven't had an actual vacation in quite a long time, even if it will only be a few days.

Re: Thankful Thursday
Come see me!!!!!
I'm thankful for my wonderful husband you inspires me every day.
I'm thankful for my family and health. I just got a call this morning from MIL that the mother of a kid Chris coaches passed away last night. She's been battling cancer (multiple kinds) for years. Her family is one of those families in town that everyone knows - they are always at games and she was just a sweet sweet person.
I am thankful to be able to be a SAHM, my amazing DH my little princess and my family (my mom has been helping me out a lot with things)
I am also thankful for meeting an amazing friend thru BBC chat boards who has a little girl a day younger than Bre- we just met up this week for lunch and she is such a sweetheart and I think she is going to be a great friend
and of course you ladies!!! Im so glad to 'know you'
I am thankful for my DH, who has been doing ALL the cooking, helping me with my diet and just all around trying to keep me form doing too much around the house (cause I tend to overdo things).
I am thankful I'm at 36w and still not on insulin. Granted, that could change within days, but right now I'm controlling my GD on diet alone and thus being allowed to just be a "normal" patient for the time being. I'm also thankful we are so close to meeting our son or daughter!
I am thankful for the health of myself and my family. After Gabby's passing and FIL going into the hospital for non-life threatening heart issues, I am just glad that DH and I are healthy, as well as my parents, siblings and MIL/SIL.
I am thankful for my health, DH's health, my mom's health, and the rest of my family's health.
I am thankful tomorrow is Friday.
I am thankful I went to the dentist today and I have no cavities!!!
I am thankful I have a job.
I am thankful DH cooked dinner last night and is going to tonight!!
I am thankful that I've had some fun times at home with DH this week before he goes back to school. Maybe it's okay I didn't get any sub jobs after all.
I am thankful that I did not break my ankle when I bit the dust running today. I hurt, but it could be a LOT worse.
I am thankful for you ladies. It's so nice to have a little community like ours!
my read shelf:
With so many people out of work, I am thankful for my job. And thankful that they were so understanding a year ago. I started Sept 1, worked 6 days & then my dad had the stroke. I then took 2 weeks off (hospital & funeral). My previous employer would still be making comments about my "vacation". And here people have been really supportive!
I am also thankful to be able to be with my family this weekend!! And thankful for this beautiful fall weather. And thankful that we are one project away from completing all the tornado damage repairs.
