As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

You can sub Goblins for Monsters/Ghosts/Trick-or-Treaters.
Do you know the names of the kids? If yes, include their names on the invitation. If no, you could write something casual on the invitation... "Bring the little monsters"... or something that indicates what you have planned... "Costume contest for the kids"

Also- tiny prints has superrrr cute invites. My son's bday is nov 3, and we did a halloween themed party last year the weekend of halloween, and they had great invites.
