My flame: I flame my ignorant co-worker who decided yesterday that she would sign up for an all-day class today.... You are retiring in 2 years... if you haven't figured out how to use Outlook by now (which, IMHO, a trained monkey can do)... then you probably don't need to. You are a slacker and I hate hate hate doing your work while you galavnt from class to class and eff off all over the hospital. Your patients are grouchy because YOU never call them back and I don't like catching the brunt of it.
My confession: I was feeling lazy when I cleaned up after dinner last night, so I schlopped all of the leftovers into one huge container instead of seperating into smaller ones for lunch. So... this morning, running late as always... I grabbed the whole monster-sized thing. I had about 4-5 adult servings of mac-n-cheese in my Tupperware container today for lunch. I am already down about 2 and it's not *technically* my lunch time yet. I have no self control.

My flame: I can't stand the people in charge at my job. They have no common sense and things have been falling on my plate because of this. I've had 3 parents from my 1 class at the other middle school ask when I can give their kids extra help and I have to tell them I can't. It's not that I don't want to it's just that I can't physically be in 2 places at once. I feel awful but it's my lousy schedule. I really hope they bring this to the administration since they are the ones who gave me this horendous schedule!
Confession: I've been out every night this week with one thing or another. I've been double booked every night and have had to decide which one was more important. Well I already blew off a meeting with my internship on Tuesday (to go to a trivia tournament - which was less important but was worth a lot of money to the winner...) and then I blew off a meeting again last night. I seriously was drained from all the running around between my job and my nights (Open house, meetings, trivia, etc.) so I went home and worked on my grad class. I really need to go to the internship ASAP but I just wanted to be home in my PJ's (working still) with some hot cocoa.
I love it!
My confession is that I am so mentally exhausted from this week that I'm considering lying about having a cold/sore throat to get out of my volunteer job tomorrow just so I can get some extra sleep. Nice, very nice.
Ugh.
I do this too sometimes. What other choice do you have when the contact is dry and you have no solution or water? lol
This is late but we were gone all weekend.
We went to a wedding in VT. It was...well, let's just say it's a good thing my husband has great cousins and sisters to party with. I enjoyed lots of wine and had a great time but it was needed. The whole thing was a hot mess.
