Etsy help
Any sellers here? I need some help. I'm wondering about charging sales tax, and what exactly Indiana requires in terms of running the shop. Do I only charge sales tax on Indiana residents since I'm selling from Indiana? Also, I need to apply for a Registered Retail Merchant Certificate correct? I've tried posting on Etsy for help, but no one replied, and I don't have any friends that are sellers, and I've looked around on in.gov as well, but that got confusing real fast. So I was hoping to find help here! If you feel more comfortable, PMing me, that is completely fine! I appreciate any help or advice.

I noticed its been awhile since you posted this but it may still help.
I don't know indiana laws but i know in texas you have to sell over a certain amount a year before you have to file it with taxes. so it may be a similar thing in indiana. Other than that hope you have fun selling!
